MLOTW: Delicate Purple

Hello! :D

 About my "awesome" week I'm going to tell you all about it on Monday, I am sure something else is going to happen to me until then so I'll leave it for Monday's post "My Week in Photos". Yesterday I suddenly wanted to do a makeup look, I didn't have something in mind, inspiration is not my friend at the moment so I went to my "makeup looks to recreate" folder and I chose one :) I chose this one because I absolutely love this shade of purple (I somehow always choose purple for my makeup :D), I think it is beautiful and I had to show it to you too haha :)) So let's go straight to the tutorial :) 

Despre saptamana "grozava" pe care am avut-o o sa va povestesc luni, sunt sigura ca trebuie sa mi se mai intample ceva pana atunci, asa ca o sa dezvolt subiectul in postarea "Saptamana in Imagini". Ieri mi-a venit asa brusc sa realizez un machiaj, nu aveam ceva in minte, nu-s prietena nici cu inspiratia momentan, asa ca am intrat in folder-ul cu machiaje de refacut si-am ales unul dintre ele :) Am ales sa recreez machiajul acesta pentru ca sunt absolut indragostita de nuanta de mov folosita, este unul dintre fardurile mele preferate, mi se pare incredibil de frumos (fac eu ce fac si tot la mov trag haha :D) si simtem nevoia sa vi-l arat haha :D Bun, fara sa o mai lungesc, haideti sa povestesc cum am realizat acest machiaj :)

1. Am aplicat primer-ul TFSI pe toată pleoapa;
1. I've primed my eyes with TFSI primer;
2. Am aplicat culoarea 1 în pliu şi am urcat cu ea către arcadă;
2. I've applied color 1 in my crease and went up with it to the brow bone;
3. Am aplicat culoarea 2 pe pleoapă lăsând un mic loc liber înspre colţul intern al ochiului;
3. I've applied color 2 on my lid leaving a small space near the inner corner of the eye;
4. Am aplicat culoarea 3 în pliu având grija să nu depaşesc culoarea 2;
4. I've applied color 3 in the crease making sure I don’t go entirely over color 2;
5. Am aplicat un creion dermatograf pe conjuctivă;
5. I've lined my waterline with a pencil;
6. Am aplicat culoarea 2 pe pleoapa inferioară;
6. I've applied color 2 on my lower lash line;
7. Am aplicat culoarea 4 în colţul intern şi pe arcadă;
7. I've applied color 4 in the inner corner of the eye and on my brow bone.

Cosmic Blue

Hey! :D

 Yesterday I was totally undecided, I woke up with the idea of doing a makeup tutorial, I knew I wanted to use the colors pink and orange, I have no idea why, I've been wanting to use these two colors in a makeup look for while now :D Then I remembered that I have two new gorgeous red lippies so I thought why not doing a prom makeup tutorial using one of them or maybe a bridal makeup look (I know I promised one, I didn't forget :D). So I went from an idea to a whole new and totally unrelated result, a result that I'm totally in love with ♥

Ieri am fost tare indecisă, m-am trezit cu ideea că vreau să fac un machiaj, aveam în minte culorile roz şi portocaliu, nu stiu de ce, dar de ceva timp vreau să realizez un machiaj folosind aceste două culori (mi s-a pus pata pe ele :D). Apoi mi-am adus aminte că am două rujuri roşii superbe care de-abia asteptă să fie folosite, ia mai bine să fac eu un machiaj pentru bal sau mai bine un machiaj de mireasă (vă sunt datoare cu unul, n-am uitat :D). Şi-am pornit de la o idee şi am ajuns la cu totul şi cu totul alt rezultat, rezultat de care sunt absolut îndrăgostită ♥



1. Am aplicat primer pe toată pleoapa mobilă;

2. Am aplicat culoarea 1 în colţul intern al ochiului, am intrat cu aceasta culoare puţin şi pe pleoapa mobilă;
2.  I've applied color 1 in the inner corner of my eye and on a very small portion of my upper lid;
3. Am aplicat culoarea 2 pe cea mai mare suprafaţă din pleoapa mobilă;
3. I've applied color 2 on almost the entire upper lid;
4. Am aplicat culoarea 3 în colţul extern al ochiului;
4. I’ve applied color 3 in the outer corner of my eye;
5. Am aplicat culoarea 4 în pliu;
5. I've applied color 4 in my crease;
6. Am aplicat un creion alb cu ajutorul unei pensule pentru eyeliner  pe post de eyeliner şi am aplicat un fard alb pe deasupra (nu m-am gândit ca o să se transforme într-un albastru pastel :D);
6. I've used a white eye pencil as an eyeliner  and I've applied a white eye shadow on top of it (I had no idea it was going to turn out pastel blue :D);
7. Am aplicat culoarea 4 pe pleoapa inferioară şi am aplicat acelaşi creion alb pe conjunctivă;
7. I've applied color 4 on the lower lid and I've used the same eye pencil for my waterline.
8. Am aplicat iluminator pe arcadă.
8. I've applied a highlighter on my brow bone.

My Eyebrow Routine - Well Defined Brows

Hello :D

I am going to start this blog post by thanking your for all of nice things you said about my eyebrows ♥ I'll be honest with you, I'm always amazed when someone compliments my eyebrows because in the past year I developed a real complex because of them. In this blog post I am going to talk to you about them and show you my routine of achieving these brows that some of you and I like so much :D

O să încep aceast articol prin a vă mulţumi pentru toate complimentele aduse sprâncenelor mele de-a lungul timpului ♥ Vă spun sincer că de fiecare dată când cineva îmi complimentează sprâncenele sunt puţin uimită pentru că în ultimul an am dezvoltat un adevarat complex din cauza lor. În acest articol o să vă povestesc despre ele şi vă voi arata ce produse şi tehnica folosesc pentru a obţine aceste sprâncene atât de apreciate de unele dintre voi şi tare îndrăgite de mine :D

 They say that eyebrows should look like sisters and not like twins and if you pay attention to other people's eyebrows you will see that they are different and that is totally normal. But what are you going to do when yours look like very far away cousins, maybe not even related? :)) You try to not make an obsession by achieving twin eyebrows and accept them as they are :) I couldn't do that, I had an obsession with making them as symmetrical as possible, I didn't want to accept them as they were and of course I've screw them up many, many times. I was born with pretty thick eyebrows, but unfortunately they are pretty sparse and they look like they are not related (one is higher than the other one, one is thicker than the other one and the arch is totally different). I've started tweezing my eyebrows when I was a teen, I didn't follow any rules and I ended up with having commas above my eyes instead of eyebrows, looking at the pictures now I can't believe I thought they looked good. This is how my eyebrows looked in 2007 (from 2011 you can see them in my makeup tutorials here on my blog) and they looked like this for a good period of time:

Se spune despre sprâncene că ar trebui să semene ca două surori, dacă într-adevar vă uitaţi cu atenţie la sprâncenele altora o să observaţi că marea majoritate a oamenilor au sprâncene diferite şi e total în regulă lucrul acesta. Dar ce te faci când ai sprâncene care sunt verişoare super, mega îndepărtate? :)) Încerci să nu dezvolţi o obsesie din a le face să fie cât mai asemănătoare şi încerci să înveţi să le accepţi aşa cum sunt :) Eu din pacate am dezvoltat o obsesie din a le face cât mai simetrice, n-am vrut să le accept aşa cum sunt şi în marea majoritate a daţilor mai mult le-am stricat. Am fost într-adevăr înzestrată cu niste sprâncene destul de groase, dar din păcate pentru mine destul de rare şi destul de diferite una faţă de cealaltă (una mai sus - una mai jos, una mai groasă - una mai subţire şi arcuirea total aiurea). Înca din anii adolescenţei am început să mă pensez şi m-am pensat de fiecare dată singură, evident că n-am ţinut cont de nicio regulă, m-am pensat de capul meu şi din sprâncenele mele frumoase am ajuns să am două virgule desupra ochilor, nici nu-mi vine să cred că eu aveam impresia că arată bine. Aşa arătau de exemplu sprâncenele mele în 2007 (pe cele din 2011 până acum le puteţi vedea în tutorialele de makeup de pe blog) şi o bună perioadă de timp după nu şi-au schimbat foarte mult forma:




 After years of torturing them I am really amazed that I still have eyebrows, last year I decided I wanted to fully grow them and again try to achieve the most symmetrical shape there ever existed (:D), but of course every time I ended up in tears because I failed. You're probably wondering why I didn't go to a specialist to help me with them. Every time I plucked them i had the impression I was doing a wonderful job and I would prefer screwing them up myself than somebody else doing it :)) Right now I am very, very happy with my eyebrows and there are moments when I compliment me on my eyebrows haha :))

 După ani întregi de jumulit mă mir că n-am rămas fără sprâncene, am decis că vreau să le las să crească complet şi să încerc din nou să le dau o formă cât de cât simetrică şi bineînţeles pe gustul meu, evident că s-a lasat cu multe plânsete pentru că mai de fiecare dată le făceam ceva. Bine, o să mă întrebaţi de ce nu am cerut ajutorul cuiva priceput. Am vrut să fac lucrul acesta, dar de fiecare dată cand ma pensam aveam impresia că mă descurc minunat şi n-am nevoie de ajutor şi oricum aş prefera sa le stric eu decât să mi le strice altcineva :)) În momentul de faţă sunt foarte mulţumită de sprâncenele mele, chiar sunt momente în care îmi fac singură complimente haha :)) 

 This is how my eyebrows look now (I personally prefer them thick, I know many people don't like them like this, but I'm the one that has to be happy with them, I'm in no way saying that I think that thin eyebrows are not beautiful, but I prefer mine think and I also think thicker eyebrows suit me the most):

Aşa arată sprâncenele mele naturale acum (eu personal prefer sprâncenele groase, sunt conştientă că nu sunt pe placul tuturor, dar important este ca eu să fiu mulţumită de ele, atenţie vă rog, sub nicio formă nu spun că sprâncenele subţiri nu sunt frumoase ci doar că aşa le prefer eu pe ale mele pentru că eu consider ca aşa mă avantajează pe mine):


These are my favourite products that I use every time I do my eyebrows:

 Acestea sunt produsele mele preferate pe care le folosesc de fiecare dată când îmi aranjez sprâncenele:


  • alverde brow gel 02 brown / gel sprâncene alverde 02 maro;
  • e.l.f. Maximum Coverage Concealer;
  • essence eyebrow stylist set / essence kit farduri sprâncene;
  • essence brow designer pencil 02 brown / creion sprâncene essence 02 maro;
  • Eyebrow spoolie, EcoTools angled eyeliner brush, lip brush / pensula perie pentru sprâncene, pensula oblica pentru aplicarea eyeliner-ului ecotools, pensula pentru buze.
I'm extremely happy with the eyebrow products from essence, they are very resistant and really affordable, I intend to buy another kit and pencil just to have them in my collection to be sure they not disappear.

Sunt extrem de mulţumită de produsele pentru sprâncene de la essence, sunt foarte rezistente şi foarte accesibile la preţ, chiar am de gând să-mi iau dubluri ca să fiu sigură că le am în colecţie, ca nu cumva să dispară.

 And this is my eyebrow routine:

 Şi aceasta este rutina mea de aranjare a sprâncenelor:

1. Încep prin a pieptăna sprâncenele în sus;
1. I start with combing my eyebrows up;
2. Cu ajutorul creionului pentru sprâncene încep să creez forma pe care vreau sa o aibă sprâncenele mele spre final, acolo nu-mi mai cresc firele de păr;
2. I use my eyebrow pencil to trace the shape I want to achieve towards the end where there no longer grows hair;
3. Apoi trec peste creion cu fardul închis din kit pentru a fixa creionul şi tot cu acest fard umplu mai mult de jumătate de sprânceană, partea dinspre exterior. Urc cu fardul puţin peste forma lor naturală pentru că îmi place cum arată aşa.
3. I go over the pencil with the darkest shade in the kit and fill in more than half of my eyebrow with it. I go a little bit over my natural shape with the shadow, I like it like that;
4. Cu fardul mai deschis din kit umplu partea dinspre interior, asta pentru ca îmi place efectul ombre care se creează şi pentru că altfel aş părea mereu supărată dacă aş închide prea mult culoarea sprâncenelor acolo :D
4. With the lightest shade I fill in the rest of the eyebrows because I love the ombre effect I achieve and I would look like I was  mad if I used the dark shade there :D;
5. Cu ajutorul pensulei şi al corectorului corectez orice greşeală făcută :)
5. I am using the second brush and the concealer to correct any mistakes I've made :)
6. Apoi folosesc gelul de sprâncene pentru a pieptăna in sus sprancenele şi câteodataă îl mai aplic şi pe toată sprânceana.
6. I'm using the brow gel to comb up the brows and sometimes I apply it on my entire brow.

And this is my brow routine when I want well defined brows (most of the time haha :D), I admit that it take up some time to make this way, but I love doing them :) What's your routine? What products do you use?

Aceştia sunt paşii pe care îi urmez atunci când vreau sprâncene bine definite (adică în marea majoritate a timpului haha :D), recunosc că îmi ocupa ceva timp, dar "meşteresc" întotdeauna cu mare drag la ele :) Care este rutina voastră? Ce produse folosiţi pentru sprâncene?

Sunkissed coral

Hey! :D

 If I am still a little bit shy at using color in my eye makeup, when it comes to using bold and colorful lipsticks, well, I am not afraid of color :D Red, pink, orange, I love them all, the bolder the better :) I've created this makeup look around this beautiful coral lipstick, a lipstick that I was waiting for to wear it for some time so, so if spring is here now, I can enjoy it once again :)

Dacă la capitolul machiaje colorate sunt încă destul de timidă, când vine vorba despre rujuri în culori puternice, ei bine, nu îmi e frică de culoare :D Roşu, roz, portocaliu, toate-mi plac, cu cât mai îndrăzneţe, cu atât mai bine :) Am creat acest machiaj în jurul rujului corai, un ruj pe care de-abia aşteptam să-l port din nou şi-acum că a venit cu adevarat primăvara, mă pot bucura din nou de el :)
The eye makeup is really simple to create so I decide to skip the tutorial part this time and explain it very quickly: I've applied a color similar to my skin color on my entire eyelid, a matte medium brown shade in my crease and I went up with it to my brown bone, and a shimmery nude shade on my eyelid (I've used the lighter shade from my Innisfree highlighter duo). I've applied a champagne eye shadow in my inner corner of the eye and on my lower lid I've applied the same matte medium brown shade I've used in my crease. To make my eye appear bigger I've used a white eyeliner on my water line :)

Machiajul ochilor este cât se poate de simplu de aceea am decis să nu mai fac un tutorial ci să vă explic rapid ce-am facut: am aplicat o culoare aşemănătoare cu nuanţa pielii mele pe toată pleoapa, un maro mat în pliu cu care am urcat înspre arcadă, iar pe pleoapa mobilă am aplicat partea deshisă din iluminatorul de Innisfree (orice fard deschis usor sidefat e perfect). Am aplicat un fard sidefat în colţul intern al ochiului, iar pe restul pleoapei inferioare am aplicat acelaşi fard maro mat ca în pliu. Pentru a da impresia de ochi mai mari, am folosit un creion alb pe conjuctivă :)
I've skipped applying blush and heavily contoured my cheeks and I was really generous with the highlighter, I love the sunkissed look :D And of course I used a very pretty shade of orange nail polish to compliment the makeup look :)

Am sărit peste aplicarea blush-ului, am conturat puternic pomeţii şi am fost generoasă cu iluminatorul, ador look-ul acesta sunkissed :D Şi bineînţeles că mi-am "pictat" şi unghiile într-o frumoasă nuanţă de portocaliu :)

Bringing back the 80's!

Heya! :D

Well if spring won't come, I'm gonna bring spring in my life by using lots and lots of color ♥ I had a hard time deciding if I wanted a wearable look or a really bold and colorful look, but I decided to go with a combination between the two, a more wearable approach of the 80's makeup :) I'm surprisingly in love with this make up look, you know I love my neutrals, but I'm certainly adding more color lately into my makeup looks :D

Ei bine dacă afară numai primavară nu e, eu sunt pornită să aduc primăvara în viața mea prin multă, multă culoare ♥ Mi-a fost greu să mă decid dacă vreau să fac un machiaj purtabil sau machiaj mult mai îndrăzneţ şi mai puţin purtabil, dar în final am decis să fac o combinație între cele două, mai mult înspre purtabil :) Sunt total îndrăgostită de rezultat, stiţi că iubesc culorile neutre, dar cu siguranţă în ultima vremea am început timid, dar destul de vizibil să folosesc cât mai multă culoare în machiajele pe care le port :D



Am aplicat primer pe toată suprafața pleopei mobile;
I’ve applied a primer on my entire upper lid;
Am aplicat culoarea 1 cu caţiva mm mai sus de pliul pleoapei;
I’ve applied color 1 a few mm above my crease;
M-am folosit de culoarea 2 pentru a blendui culoarea 1 şi am urcat cu ea înspre arcadă;
I’ve used color 2 to blend color 1 and took it up twards the brow bone;
Am aplicat creionul jumbo de la NYX în nuanta Milk pe pleoapa mobilă;
I’ve applied NYX Jumbo eye pencil in shade Milk on entire upper eye lid;
Am aplicat culoarea 3, am aplicat culoarea 4, am aplicat culoarea 5 şi am blenduit cu mare grija culorile astfel încat să nu se observe trecerea de la o culoare la alta;
I applied color 3, color, 4 and color 5 and blended them really well so the transition will be really smooth;
Am aplicat culoarea 6 pe post de eyeliner;
I used color 6 like an eye liner;
Am aplicat culoarea 1 pe pleopa fixă, iar în coltul intern cât şi pe arcadă am aplicat culoarea 6.
I’ve applied color 1 on my lower eye lid and color in my inner corner of the eye and on my brow bone.

Tough Love

Even though this weather is driving me nuts, I think I haven't seen the sun in about 2-3 weeks, so my spring cheers didn't hurry spring at all, it's like winter is coming again, it's a very, very ugly and gloomy weather :/ Despite the fact the weather sucks, I feel so inspired and so creative which this is a great thing and it makes me happy :D Today I want to show you another makeup look I created, it's waaay out of my comfort zone, colorful and bold, but I do want to start working on other types of makeup looks I just can't do over and over the same makeup look every single time, there are a few mistake, but from mistakes we learn :))

Deși vremea de afară mă scoate pur și simplu din sărite, nu cred că am mai văzut soarele de cel puțin 2-3 săptămâni pe aici, deci degeaba am cântat eu cântecele cu primavara că zici că mai are puțin și se pregătește să ningă, ce mai, o vreme mohorată extrem de urâtă :/ În ciuda acestui fapt, se pare că sunt foarte creativă în perioada aceasta, ceea ce e un lucru minunat și nu poate decât să mă bucure foarte mult :D Astăzi vreau să vă prezint un nou machiaj, claaar departe de zona mea de confort, colorat și mult mai intens decât obinuișnuiesc eu să realizez machiajele, dar nu vreau să exersez toată viața același tip de machiaj, greseli sunt, dar din greseli invatam :)




Am aplicat primer pe toată suprafața pleopei mobile;
I’ve applied a primer on my entire upper lid;
Am aplicat un gel liner verde si peste el am aplicat culoarea 1;
I’ve applied a green colored gel liner and on top of it I applied color 1;
Am aplicat o banda de scotch pentru a-mi fi mai usor a dau forma, apoi am aplicat culoarea 2 avand grija sa imbin frumos ce tocmai ai facut la pasul 2;
I’ve applied a piece of scotch tape to help me get the shape I wanted and I’ve applied color 2 making sure everything is blended perfectly;
Am aplicat baza ((NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in nuanta Milk) pe spatiul de pe pleoapa ramas liber, perfectionand forma pe care voiam sa o obtin cu ajutorul unei pensule;
I’ve applied my base (NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil - Milk)on the remaining empty space, perfecting the shape I wanted to get with the help of a brush;
Am aplicat culoarea 3 peste baza;
I’ve applied color 3 on top of the base;
Cu ajutorul unei pensule foarte mici (pentru ca nu am foarte mult spatiu de lucru) am inceput sa adaug culoarea 4 de jur-imprejurul culorii 3, pentru a scoate in evidenta forma dorita si pentu a imbina toate culorile folosite;
With the help of a small brush (I don’t have much working surface) I’ve started applying color 4 all around color 3, to bring out the shape I wanted to create and to blend all of the colors;
Am aplicat culoarea 5 pe arcada, in coltul intern al ochiului si pe un sfert din pleoapa fixa continuand cu aplicarea culorii 2.
I’ve applied color 5 on my brow bone, in the inner corner and on a quarter of my lower lid, and the rest of the lower lid I’ve used color 2.




From my obsession for blushes I went to my new obsession for contouring, I love the way it looks and on my cheeks I like to add some illuminating powder :)

De la obsesia mea pentru blush acum am trecut la obsesia pentru conturatul feței, iar pe pomeți aplic doar ilumintor, îmi place tare mult efectul obținut :)
