Holiday Makeup Series: Snow Queen!

Last week I showed you and talked about a very cheap and super pigmented eye shadow palette so it necessary to show you a makeup look I created using this eye shadow palette, I decided to use the blue eye shadow, a color I usually very afraid of because I can't really pull many shades of blue, but I wanted to take a risk and try something different. This is the first makeup look I created for the holiday season (or for any special occasion), I am not very happy with the lighting in these photos (I only have time in the evening to do makeup looks and I have to use a normal desk light), I don't think it does and justice to the makeup itself, butt I am planning to get a professional light soon and this will solve my problem.

Saptamana trecuta v-am aratat si povestit despre o paletuta de farduri tare ieftina si incredibil de pigmentata (French Rose Eye Shadow Palette), era normal ca acum sa revin cu un machiaj in care sa o folosesc, am decis sa folosesc albastrul din ea, culoare de care in general sunt infricosata pentru ca mi se pare ca foarte putine nuante de albastru ma prind, insa am zis sa risc si sa incerc ceva diferit. Acesta este primul machiaj pe care-l realizez pentru sarbatorile ce vin (sau pentru orice ocazie speciala), nu sunt extrem de multumita de lumina din poze (asa pentru ca sunt nevoita sa fac pozele seara si folosesc o banala lampa de birou), mi se pare ca nu fac dreptate acestui machiaj, insa in curand (pana la sfarsitul lunii viitoare) sper sa reusesc sa-mi cumpar o lampa profi si sa nu mai am problema asta.

It is very simple to recreate this makeup look: I have applied color 1 in the crease and outer corner, color 2 also in the crease making sure I don't cover color 1 and color 3 on the lid. On the lower lid I have applied color 4 and in the inner corner of my eye I have applied color 5. The eyeliner I used is a combination between a dark purple cream eye shadow and color 1 from this palette.

E foarte simplu si usor de realizat: am aplicat culoarea 1 in pliu si in coltul extern al ochiului, culoarea 2 in pliu  fara sa trec peste culoarea 1 si culoarea 3 pe pleopa, apoi pe pleopa inferioara am aplicat culoarea 2 si culoarea 4 in coltul intern al ochiului. Eyeliner-ul folosit este o combinatie intre in fard crema mov si culoarea 2 pe care am folosit-o in machiaj.
