I've declared my love for e.l.f. cosmetics on many occasions so you already know how much I like them. Every time I'm looking on iHerb.comI always have to check first the e.l.f. section to see what's new and what new products can I add to my makeup collection. That's how I found the foundation I am going to review today which I'm glad I did find, if you want to know why keep on reading :)
Mi-am declarat iubirea faţă de produsele de la e.l.f. în repetate raâduri, deci ştiţi deja cât de mult îmi plac :D De fiecare dată când intru pe iHerb.com vizitez prima data secţiunea produselor e.l.f. ca să văd ce noutăţi au mai apărut şi ce pot să mai adaug la colecţia mea de machiaj. Aşa am dat şi peste fondul de ten despre care o să vă povestesc astăzi, produs ce mă bucur tare mult că l-am descoperit, dar mai multe veţi afla daca rămânenţi să citiţi în continuare :)

Vorbind despre ambalaj acesta este unul destul de simplu, din plastic, al meu are un mic defect (nu ştiu dacă toate au această problemă) se închide strâmb, trebuie să fiu atentă când îl închid ca să fie perfect închis. Deschidem capacul şi ajungem la oglindă şi la fondul de ten, apoi ridicăm partea cu fondul de ten şi ajungem la bureţel care este foarte moale, îmi place şi-l folosesc.

I always get the lightest shade when I buy foundations and that's what I did now, Porcelain is the lightest shade and it's the one I am currently using and reviewing today. At first I was a little bit scared when I saw the shade it looked very yellow (it has a yellow undertone) and pretty dark, but when I swatched it I saw that it matches me very good. It had a creamy consistency, the finish is not 100% matte I could say it's about 80% matte. When I first tried it on I used the sponge it comes with, I can't even remember when was the last time I used a dry sponge to apply foundation and I didn't really like how it looked so I switched to my damp beauty blender and that wasn't a good idea because the foundation didn't want to stick to the skin so I switched back to the dry sponge and liked it better after that. It has a medium coverage, you can use two layers if you want full coverage, it doesn't look cakey, looks pretty natural, it doesn't accentuate the dry areas on my face, but I did notice that it makes my pores look more visible than they are (I solve this problem with a face primer). It has a sweet fruity scent, not too strong, but you can smell it as you apply it. It is not very resistant to transfer and if I don't use a setting powder my T-zone gets shiny in about 2-3 hours (now that it's summer), if I use a setting powder I get a shiny T-zone in about 5-6 hours, but it doesn't look good even after 8 hours of wear, it doesn't disappear from the skin.
Îmi comand-cumpăr întotdeauna cea mai deschisă nuanţă la fondurile de ten şi aşa am făcut şi în cazul acestui fond de ten, nuanţa Porcelain fiind cea mai deshisă şi e cea pe care o vedeţi în review-ul de astăzi. M-a speriat puţin nuanţa la început, mi s-a părut că e foarte gălbuie (are subton galben) şi destul de închisă, dar în momentul în care l-am încercat am răsuflat uşurată, mi se potriveşte foarte bine. Are o consistenţă cremoasă, finish-ul nu mi se pare complet mat, este undeva în proporţie de 80% mat. Prima dată am încercat să-l aplic cu bureţelul din dotare, n-am mai aplicat de foarte mult timp un fond de ten cu un bureţel uscat şi nu mi-a plaăut cum se aplică, aşa că am încercat să-l aplic cu un bureţel umezit şi rezultatul a fost dubios, nu se lipea de piele, aşa că am trecut înapoi la bureţelul uscat, m-am obişnuit cu el până la urmă şi aşa îmi place să-l aplic acum. Are o acoperire medie, în cazul în care vreţi o acoperire mai mare puteţi să folosiţi două straturi, nu încarcă tenul, pare destul de natural pe ten, nu mi-a evidenţiat zonele uscate, în schimb am observat că îmi evideţiază porii mariţi (rezolv problema aceasta cu aplicare unui primer). Mirosul este dulceag fructat, nu foarte deranjant, dar se simte în momentul aplicării. Nu este foarte rezistent la transfer şi dacă nu folosesc pudra mai ales că acum este destul de cald afară în 2-3 ore încep să lucesc în zona T, cu pudra dupa vreo 5-6 ore, însă arată foarte bine pe ten chiar şi după 8 ore de purtare, nu se strânge, nu dispare de pe ten.

I did not expect to like this foundation as much as I do, I was worried about the shade, worried that it won't look very natural on the skin, but as soon as I tried it I was very pleased with the results. I'm really glad I've tried it and I will be repurchasing it after I finish the one I have.
Chiar nu mă aşteptam să îndrăgesc atât de mult fondul acesta de ten, mi-am făcut griji în privinţa nuanţei, mi-am făcut griji în privinţa felului în care v-a arăta pe ten însă toate acestea s-au spulberat în momentul în care l-am încercat. Sunt bucuroasă că l-am achiziţionat şi am de gând să-l reachizitţonez după ce-l folosesc pe cel pe care-l am.
