Oh BOY!

Hello :D

Do you think I would pass the opportunity to get some cool photos in the snow? Of course not, told you I was a big kid at heart, just look at me, I was running through that snow acting like I've never seen snow in my life :)) On my right there were kids, on my left kids, behind me there was a skate ring where people were having fun and skating on the rithm of the music, dogs running through the snow, all I needed was a sleigh and believe me this would have been one of the most fun days I have ever had in a while!

A venit, a venit iaaaaaarnaaaa...(hai, hai, cântaţi cu mine :D) Păi se putea să n-am eu poze în zăpadă? Normal că nu se putea, priviţi cum iese la iveală copilul din mine copilul din mine, ţopăiam prin zapada aia de zici că nu mai vazusem aşa ceva vreodată haha :D, nu ţopăim de frig că nici nu l-am mai simţit, topăim de încântare şi fericire :)) Copii în stânga, copii în dreapta, patinoar in spate, caţei alergând prin zapada, ziua de ieri a fost superbă, nici că-mi mai venea să plec de acolo, o sanie îmi mai trebuia şi declaram oficial că a fost una dintre cele mai distractive zile din ultima perioadă!

Everybody should own a parka, it is perfect for winter, it keeps you warm! When I was younger you wouldn't have caught me dead wearing a longer jacket like a parka, now I wouldn't wear anything else, it keeps my back warm and (you know you should always wear something that covers your back) it is a very versatile piece :)

O parka calduroasă pentru o iarnă friguroasă haha :D Înca afirm cu tarie ca o parka sau o geaca lungă grosuţă nu trebuie să lipsească din garderoba nimanui, sunt ideale pentru iarnă şi foarte versatile, daca în anii adolescenţei mă feream total de gecile lungi, acum nici nu-mi imaginez sa mai port altceva, nu suport frigul la spate şi nici nu e indicat sa umblăm cu spatele gol.

The bracelet doesn't look how I imagined it is going to look, the metal is thin so to me it it looks a little bit cheap, I thought it was going to be a little bit more well made, I do like the color of the leather strings though haha :D

Braţara nu e exact aşa cum imaginam eu că o să fie, metalul din care e făcut capul leului e destul de subţire şi din punctul meu de vedere asta o face să nu pară de calitate, îmi place în schimb culoarea brățării haha :D

The cropped hoodie keeps you really warm, it is fuzzy on the inside and I couldn't really feel the cold :)) It did come with a slightly small defect behind the hood, but I can easily fix that. I love cropped shirts/hoodies, I think they look awesome with high-waisted pants/skirts and I really wanted a cropped hoodie for some tne now, I am happy that this one is not too short :)

Hanoracul este super călduros, are un fel de "puf" pe dinăuntru care ţine de cald, aproape că nici n-am simţit frigul :)) A venit cu un mic defect în spatele glugii, dar din fericire se poate repara cu uşuriţă. Îmi plac tare mult bluzele crop-uite, mi se pare ca se văd tare bine bine la pantaloni/fuste cu talie inalta, şi-mi doream un hanorc de genul de ceva timp, mă bucur ca nu e prea scurt :)

I had these sneakers on my wishlist for a while now, I really like high top sneakers, I think these ones look amazing. I know there are some differences between Asian shoe sizing and our shoe sizing so I was always scared to order them because I thought they were going to be small, and they are small :( I thought I was going to loose both of my big toes trying to walk in them hahah :)))

Îi aveam pe wishlist de o veşnicie, mi se pare ca arată genial, îmi place super tipul acesta de adidaşi, problema mea era cu numărul, ştiu ca e o diferenţă între numerelor şi numerele noastre şi îmi era frică să nu-mi fie mici. Din pacate îmi sunt mici, am crezut că o să-mi pierd ambele degete mari de la picioare încercând să merg cu ei haha :)))

I'm really good at picking the days I want to shoot my outfits, it definitely has to be: cloudy, foggy, really windy and super cold outside :)) I'm joking, I'm joking, but the day we took these pictures had almost all of the things I listed above. Of course I got a cold, but we get colds, we get better and so on :D

Eu îmi aleg zilele în care vreau să pozez diferite outfituri în felul următor: trebuie să fie neapărat înnorat, să fie ceață, neapărat să bată un vant rece și să fie frig :)) Evident glumeam, dar culmea ziua în care am pozat ținuta asta le-a avut apoape pe toate, drept urmare m-am ales cu o "frumoasă" răceală care m-a ținut aproape o săptămână (cu tuse și toate cele):/ Asta e, mai răcim, ne mai facem bine și tot așa haha :D

I think I have said everything that there is to say about this coat here: That amazing coat, I love it, it definitely is my favourite coat at the moment, I don't even feel the cold when I wear it, it is super cozy :D

Despre haină nu vă mai spun nimic pentru că deja am lăudat-o și raslaudat-o aici: That amazing coat, în momentul de fața este haina mea preferată din garderobă, nici nu simt frigul cand sunt îmbrăcată cu ea, e super călduroasă :D

I think I've spent hours looking at this hat, I wasn't sure if I want it or not because I was afraid it would be more navy than black and the navy color would be too bright :)) The combination between the army accents and the delicate embroidered elements sold me on it, I just couldn't pass the chance to add it to my collection :)

Cred că am petrecut ore întregi pâna m-am decis dacă să-mi iau sau nu basca aceasta, nu pentru că nu-mi placeă ci pentru ca pe site scria că e bluemarin și îmi era frică să nu fie prea deschisă la culoare :)) Combinația dintre accentele militărești și elemente delicate brodate a fost cea care m-a cucerit total, nu puteam să ratez să nu o am în colecție :)

This dress is a Zara knock-off, to be honest I can't tell if it is a really well made imitation or if it is the real deal, it is that well made that I could swear that this is an authentic Zara dress and not a copy. The leather is really thick, it doesn't look cheap at well, if fits me perfectly, I like the fact that it is not too tight, if you have some tummy issues, then this dress is perfect for hiding imperfections :)

Rochia este o copie incredibil de reusită Zara, nici nu știu dacă este o copie sau dacă chiar e Zara, e atât de bine realizată încât aș putea să jur ca de acolo e. E foarte bine lucrată, fără defecte, pielea e groasă și deși sunt singură că nu este piele naturală, așa pare să fie. Se așează foarte frumos pe corp, îmi place în mod special pentru că nu vine strâmtă, dacă aveti putina burtică nu trebuie să vă faceți probleme în rochia asta, nu o să se vadă :)

My Week in Photos (20.01 - 26.01)

Hey :)

Don't even ask me if I was able to keep the promise I made to myself last week :)) (if you don't know what I am talking about you can read about it here: My Week in Photos). I was able to do it one day and after that I said to myself: the hell with the eating healthy, I can't do that!!! I have such a sweet tooth, I've always had it, it got worse like from December :/ But I won't give up, I won't give up. Besides the fact that I have failed at eating healthy I started the week with a cold that left me with an annoying cough so I couldn't really rest at night, but I am doing much better now :)

Nici să nu mă întrebați dacă am reușit să realizez tot ceea ce mi-am propus săptămâna trecută :)) (daca nu știți despre ce vorbesc, din postarea asta aflați: My Week in Photos) Am reușit o singură zi dupa care mi-am zis: la naiba cu mancatul sanătos, nu-i pentru mine chestia asta!!! Din decembrie am rămas cu o poftă de dulciuri de nici eu nu știu ce e cu mine, adică îmi plăceau și inainte, dar acum sunt de groază :/ Nu mă dau bătută, nu mă dau bătută. Pe langă faptul că nu am reușit să fac ceea ce mi-am propus am început și săptămâna cu o răceala care m-a lăsat cu o tuse încredibil de enervanta din cauza căruia nu am putut deloc să mă odihnesc, dar...tot răul spre bine :D

Monday / Luni 

I started the week with a pretty good diet. For breakfast I had yogurt with cereals and nuts and for dinner I had grilled chicken breast with a little bit of cheese on top and some peas and cheese on top of them :) I ended the day with a cup o hot tea and I watched Frozen (it was AWESOME, I loved it ♥)

 V-am spus în ceea ce privește dieta mea am început bine săptămâna :) La micul dejun am servit iaurt cu cereale și nuci, iar la cină piept de pui la grătar cu puțin cascaval și mazăre trasă la tigaie cu branză rasă. Apoi am încheiat ziua cu un ceai de tei cu rom și Frozen (care a fost absolut bestial!!!! ♥)

Tuesday / Marți

On Tuesday I started feeling really sick so I didn't do too much on that day. I am proud I was able to take all my meds :)

De marti am început să mă simt mai rău așa ca nu am făcut mare lucru, trebuie să mp felicit pentru că am reușit și eu pentru prima dată în mulți ani să țin un tratament așa cum trebuie :)

Wednesday / Miercuri

On Wednesday my iHerb order arrived (I will do a haul this week so you can see what I got), I was so excited that I didn't even know which product to try first :)) Fruit of the week: pears, so sweet and yummy, I didn't expect them to be so good!

Miercuri mi-a ajuns comanda de pe iHerb (o să urmeze un haul săptămâna aceasta ca să vedeți mai bine ce mi-am luat :D), nici nu știam ce să încerc mai repede :)) Toată săptămâna am mâncat pere, nu mă așteptam să fie atât de dulci și bune, dar au fost grozave!

Thursday / Joi 

On Thursaday I went with Dorina at a fashion event (I wrote about it here: Fashion Tribes), I had a great time :) I am in love with the shoes in the last photo, so sparkly and pretty :D

Joi am participat alături de Dorina la evenimentul de lansare a magazinului online Fashion Tribes unde m-am simțit grozav :) În ultima poză sunt pantofii super sclipiciosi care mi-au plăcut tare mult ♥ Dacă vă place salamul de biscuiți și găsiți undeva salamul (felia mai bine zis) din imagine să-l încercați, mi se pare super bun! 

Friday / Vineri

It snowed for the first time in 2014 in Bucharest, to tell you the truth I wasn't happy at all, I thought the lovely weather we had was going to be like that until spring, boy was I wrong. I went to do a little bit of shopping and on my way out of the store I got a bracelet (Hand of Fatima), it was a gift from my dad :D

Prima zăpadă în Bucuresti pe anul acesta, vă zic sincer că nu m-am bucurat deloc, eram aproape sigură că nu o să mai ningă, dar se pare că m-am înșelat. Am fost plecată la cumpărături și bineînțeles că m-am oprit și la un stand de accesorii de unde am plecat cu brățara din poza (Mâna lui Fatima), mi-a facut-o cadou tata :D

Saturday / Sâmbătă

I started the day with a healthy breakfast, I had and apple, half an orange and some cheese (apple + cheese = sooo yummy). The weather was crazy outside, the wind was blowing, there was snow everywhere so if I had nothing to do I helped my mom make a cake and then I was going to have a SPA night, moisturizers, masks (the mask in the photo is amazing, the serum that it is soaked in it is so hydrating, loved it, I have to buy more), I felt great after :) 

Mi-am început ziua cu un măr, jumatate de portocală și puțina brânză (combinația măr - brânză e geniala). Sâmbătă a fost o adevarată nebunie afară, vânt puternic, zăpadă peste tot, așa că dacă n-am avut pe unde să mă plimb, am facut cu mama un tort, iar seara m-am rasfățat total, creme, maști (masca din poză e bestială, plină de serum pe care l-am masat pe ten, mi-am simțit tenul super hidratat, trebuie să-mi mai cumpăr neapărat) și-am încheiat ziua cu un ceai și câteva seriale :)

Sunday / Duminică

If I wasn't too happy with the snow in the first two days, on Sunday I was thrilled, as soon as I woke up I looked on the window and it was snowing so peacefully it reminded me of my childhood, it wasn't too cold outside so I said to myself that I HAVE TO GO OUT! And that's what I did, I had to do a little bit of shopping, but I want to: go sledding, build a snowman and have a snow fight with my nieces, now that they are older I am sure we are going to have so much fun, I can't wait :))

Dacă în primele două zile în care a nins nu m-am bucurat absolut deloc, duminică altfel a stat treaba, de cum m-am trezit m-am uitat pe geam și-am vazut că ninge atât de liniștit și frumos, mi-a adus aminte de copilarie, am vazut că nu e frig și mi-am zis că trebuie să ies afară neaparat, așa că asta am și făcut, m-am echipat și afară cu mine haha :D Am fost doar să fac câteva cumpărături, dar am pe listă: dat cu sania, făcut om de zăpadă, bătaie cu bulgări cu nepoțelele mele, acum ca au mai crescut de-abia astept să ne alergăm prin zăpadă :))

These boots were made for walking...

Hey! :)

Finally I got to enjoy a day without too much fog and with a somewhat acceptable temperature, it seemed like every time I wanted to go out a dense fog came out of nowhere and suddenly it was really cold :)) I think I mentioned this before here or on Facebook, sometime it takes me about an hour to find a title for a post  (ootd's and makeup posts), I can write pages, talk for hours, but I just can't find a good title :D

În sfârșit am prins și eu o zi cu temperaturi cât de cât acceptabile, parcă era un făcut ca de fiecare dată când ieșeam afară din casă brusc să apară ceața și să se facă frig :)) Lăsând vremea la o parte, cred că am mai zis asta, nu știu dacă pe blog sau pe Facebook, dar câteodată stau chiar și o oră pâna îmi vine în cap un titlu pentru o postare (mă refer la OOTD-uri și la machiaje), pot să scriu foi întregi, pot să vorbesc ore în sir despre vrute și nevrute, dar nu pur și simplu nu pot sa intitulez o postare :D 

This a very casual and comfy outfit, perfect for a walk through the park on a week-end, grey is one of my favourite colors so as you see it is very present here and of course I just couldn't go out without a scarf :D

Ținuta este una cât se poate de casual și de comoda, perfectă pentru o plimbare prin parc la sfârșit de săptămână, griul este una dintre culorile mele preferate așa că m-am asigurat sa fie foarte prezent de data aceasta în ținuta și bineînțeles că nu putea să lipsească și o eșarfă :D

The odds of me finding shoes that fit on the majority of the Asian websites are pretty small, I'm between sizes (39-40) and the Asian websites only carry sizes up to 39 and I am not taking any risks :) On Lovely Shoes you can find sizes up to 41 I believe (whoop! whoop!) and they do have a wide range of shoes to choose from. I'm in love with my new boots, they look awesome, they feel awesome, super comfortable, they look like they do on the website.

Șansele ca eu să-mi pot lua ceva de încălțat de pe marea majoritate a site-urilor asiatice sunt destul de mici, mă aflu undeva între numere (39-40), iar pe site-urile asiatice au cam până la 39 și nu mă risc să-mi comand :) Cei de la Lovely Shoes s-au gândit și la cele care poartă un număr mai mare la picior (whoop! whoop!) și au o gamă vastă de încăltăminte, mi-a fost greu să-mi aleg o singură pereche haha :D Prețuri mici, transportul nițel cam scump. Sunt absolut îndrăgostită de ghetele mele, îmi vin ca turnate, arată foarte bine, sunt super confortabile, nu este nicio diferenta intre cele de pe site si cele pe care le-am primit ♥

Finally, I'm back!!! ♥ It is soooo good to be taking pictures and writing again, I felt like I wasn't doing anything productive these past days :D I had some health issues right before Christmas so I had to extend my vacation a little, but now I'm doing awesome :D Hope your holidays were amazing that you had fun and recharged your batteries ♥

În sfârșit am revenit!!!! ♥ Mă bucur atât de mult că pot scrie din nou pe blog, de-abia așteptam să-mi reiau activitatea :D Am avut parte de o vacanță prelungită pentru că n-am prea stat prea bine la capitolul sănătate, nimic grav, noroc că totul mi s-a întâmplat între Crăciun și Revelion :)) Dar destul despre mine și problemele mele, sper că ați petrecut frumos, că v-ați distrat și ca v-ați reîncărcat bateriile ♥

This outfit is fresh, fresh, we took the pictures today (I'm starting to wonder if it only gets cold outside when I have to go out? haha :D), I don't even now where to start, I'm afraid I'll not make that much sense because of my excitement regarding this outfit. I love every piece of clothing I am wearing in this post, I felt wonderful wearing it.

Ținuta de astăzi este proaspătă, proaspătă, chiar astăzi am purtat-o și pozat-o (încep să mă întreb dacă doar când trebuie să ies eu afară e frig? haha :D), nici nu știu de unde să incep să vă povestesc despre ea pentru că fiind foarte entuziasmată îmi e frică că nu o să se înțeleagă nimic din ceea ce vreau să zic :)) Iubesc fiecare piesă vestimentară din această ținuta și m-am simțit minunat purtând-o.

I knew I wanted to wear a scarf, though I do have many, I took me ages to find this one, I wanted a more sophisticated scarf, I found this one in my grandmothers closet, I think it was made to be worn with this coat :)) I'm in love with it.

Știam că vreau neaparat să port o eșarfă, deși dețin destul de multe esarfe, niciuna dintre ele nu era potrivită în situația de fața, paltonul necesită o eșarfă mai eleganta. Întâmplarea a făcut să dau peste o esarfă uitată prin sifonierul bunicii mele, esarfă care parca a fost făcută să fie asortată la acest la palton haha :)) Sunt total îndrăgostită de ea.

My father is the type person that likes only qualitative clothes (I don't haha :D) and he is also very honest (I am glad he passed that on to me :D) when he has something to say so If I wear something and he doesn't like the quality he will surely let me know. When I received this coat from  Front Row Shop, him and the rest of the people that saw it (including me) where amazed about the way it looks, how soft the materials feels, how well it is made, the inside lining is beautiful. If you've been following me for some time now than you know that I don't like to praise something just for the sake of it, this coat deserves A+++++.

Tata e genul de om care pune foarte mult preț pe calitatea hainelor (eu mai puțin haha :D) și este de altfel și un om foarte sincer (de la el mi se trage :D), atunci când vede ceva care nu-i place la hainele pe care le port, imediat îmi comunica. Când mi-a sosit paltonul de la Front Row Shop, atât el cât și toți ceilalți care l-au văzut (inclusiv eu) au ramas impresionați de cât de bine arată, cât de moale este materialul, cât de frumoasă este căptușala, cât de frumos este lucrat. Dacă mă urmăriți de ceva timp atunci probabil că știți că mie nu-mi place să laud doar de dragul de a lauda, rar mi se intampla să nu am destule cuvinte de laudă pentru un articol vestimentar, acest palton merită nota 20+.

When it comes to faux leather items I am always nervous, I've seen some cheap looking materials and I don't want to deal with it, I was nervous this time as well, but As soon as I received the bag all my worries were gone. The material doesn't look cheap at all, it feels really nice, I'm not a fan of the inside lining, but it doesn't bother me that much, I think the bag looks amazing for the price, you can also see that from the pictures, I really, really like it :)

V-am mai povestit în repetate rânduri că am emotii atunci când îmi comand produse din imitație de piele, am avut și de data aceasta, asta până am primit produsul. Materialul genții e tare plăcut la atingere și arată foarte bine, nu arată deloc ieftin, căptușala nu-mi place extraordinar de mult, dar nu e ceva care să mă deranjeze in mod special. Mie mi se pare că arată tare bine, cred că sa poate observa asta și din poze, sunt foarte încântată de ea :)

Saw it, bought it, little did I know that I'm gonna like it that much. Spacious, really well made, on the website it looks white, but in real life is beige and the material has some sparkles in it, the thing I really, really like about it it's that the sparkly stones won't fall because they are covered with some kind of material, yay! The heart says: "Love is a vine that grows into our hearts".

 L-am vazut, l-am adaugat în coșul de cumpărături, habar n-aveam eu că o să-mi placă atât de mult. Spațios, frumos lucrat, pe site arată alb, în realitate e bej și materialul are mici particule sclipitoare (nu se simt), ce-mi place cel mai mult este că n-am cum să pierd pietricelele, sunt acoperite, yay! Mesajul inimioarei este: "Love is a vine that grows into our hearts".

Gone with the wind

Hello :D

So if the wind blew a little bit harder that day I could literally say that I was gone with the wind :))) "Gone with the wind" is one of my favourite novel, but that has nothing to do with my outfit today, I just wanted to name my blog post this way because I like it :D As you can see my outfits still have an autumny feeling to them, 90% of the time I'm in the car (I feel the cold only when I get out) because if I had to walk I would would wear a thick layer of clothing, if I were to fall I would have to roll over because I couldn't get up, that thick haha :D

Dacă bătea vântul nițel mai tare eram gone with the wind la propriu :)) "Pe aripile vântului" este unul dintre romanele mele preferate, dar astăzi titlul postarii n-are nicio legătură cu romanul, mi-a placut mie tare mult, așa că am hotărât să intitulez postarea așa :D După cum puteți observa încă mai păstrez un aer tomnatic, noroc că mă deplasez cu mașina (frigul îl simt doar atunci când trebuie să mă dau jos) că altfel eram înfofolită bine de tot, în genul ăla în care dacă ai căzut, te rostogolești nu te mai ridici haha :D

I bought this coat a long time ago, I wasn't really pleased with it (it was on sales), it just didn't look right on me, I took it to the tailor to have it altered and now it is exactly how I wanted it to be, it is pretty thick so I can wear it the winter time with a sweater underneath.

 Haina am cumpărat-o cu mulți ani în urmă, n-am fost foarte mulțumită de ea (era la reduceri și avea un preț tare bun), mi s-a părut că îmi vine ciudat, i-am făcut câteva modificari la croitorie și-acum e exact așa cum îmi doream, e destul de groasă, cu un pulover pe dedesubt pot să o port și la iarnă (la mine nu-i iarnă până nu ninge ha :D).

You've already seen the pants here Autumn Colors, though they are pretty thin I wasn't too cold wearing them, I wasn't outside for a long period of time to see how fast I would feel the cold, but I think I can still wear them for now :)

Pantalonii sunt la a doua aparitie pe blog, i-ati mai vazut aici Autumn Colors, desi sunt destul de subitiri, nu mi-a fost frig cu ei, e drept, nici n-am petrecut foarte mult timp pe afara, dar ii mai pot purta o perioada :)

The boots, oh the boots! ♥ I'm really obsessed with this type of boots :D They are really well made, the "leather' looks really good and they don't hurt my feet at all, I wore them for a pretty long time that day and they were really comfortable. I had a similar pair with the same heel height and they were hurting my feet like crazy :/ I love these boots! :D 

Botinele, oh botinele! ♥ Sunt setată pe acest tip de botine :D Frumos lucrate, materialul arată foarte bine și sunt foarte, foarte comode, am stat destul mult timp încălțată cu ele în ziua respectivă și nu m-au durut picioarele, nu mi-a venit să cred.
